Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Planning, coordinating and controlling all technical and facilities management activities.
- Ensure compliance to all maintenance related issues as well as staff and contractors.
- Management of facilities’ budget and suppliers’ payments.
- Ensure effective maintenance of the building and its equipment.
- Coordination and supervision of all maintenance of installed equipment
- Oversee security for the building
- Manage all lease agreements.
Requirement for appointment
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other relevant discipline from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience, 3 of which should be at a Management level.
- Knowledge in Security Management and real estate management.
- Excellent experience and knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Act and on site experience
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate competence in IT
