Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director of Administration will provide leadership in transport
logistics, legal, procurement, PR & Communications and Premises &
Facilities in the Office. He/she will also develop, review and maintain
appropriate policies and procedures relating to his Department.
Director of Administration will be responsible for efficient and
effective organization, co-
ordination, control and supervision of all staff
under him/her. He / She will also be responsible for staff development and
discipline in respect of all officers falling under the Department.
Requirement for appointment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management or related fields
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 15 years’ experience in Administration, five (5) of which must be at Management level in a similar organization.
- Proven intellectual leadership in managing people and operations
- Demonstrate competence in IT
