Duties and Responsibilities
A Graduate Audit Associate II – will undertake a variety of auditing
work of prescribed scope and complexity, which will include financial audit,
specialized audit, and audit of National and County Government entities; State
Agencies and State Corporations.
Obtaining an in-depth understanding of each business and/or function
being audited,
identification and assessment of risks, preparing documentation
(work papers, planning memorandum, and audit program) and developing,
presenting, and finalizing audit reports.
Requirements for Appointment
These positions will apply to recent graduates from recognized
universities with interest in developing career in auditing and assurance:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University, preferably but not limited to the following areas Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Environmental Management, Forensic Accounting/Auditing, and Engineering, Education, Social and Human Resources Studies.
- A Masters Degree will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate competence in IT
