SENIOR MANAGER - LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT – KENAO SCALE 4- 1 VACANCY

Monthly Salary: Kshs.136, 830 to 174,632 plus other allowances ranging from Kshs. 73,290 to 91,290
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Identifying training and development needs within KENAO through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with audit managers and human resources departments;
  • Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the needs of KENAO and the individual's needs;
  • Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping them within budgets plus assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme;
  • Managing the delivery of training and development programmes;
  • Evaluating training and development programmes.

Requirement for appointment
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant discipline. Relevant post graduate education, certification and Membership of good standing in a relevant professional organization will be an added advantage;
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience, 3 of which should be at a management level in training division;
  • Excellent facilitation skills and proven ability to develop and manage trainings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate competence in IT
