Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Identifying training and development needs within KENAO through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with audit managers and human resources departments;
- Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the needs of KENAO and the individual's needs;
- Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping them within budgets plus assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme;
- Managing the delivery of training and development programmes;
- Evaluating training and development programmes.
Requirement for appointment
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant discipline. Relevant post graduate education, certification and Membership of good standing in a relevant professional organization will be an added advantage;
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience, 3 of which should be at a management level in training division;
- Excellent facilitation skills and proven ability to develop and manage trainings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate competence in IT
