Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and establish staffing needs according to organization structure, strategic plan, annual operational plan and budget
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in KENAO
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Builds the organizational capability for external talent pooling on critical positions.
- Monitors the labour legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
Requirement for appointment
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant discipline. Relevant post graduate education, certification and membership of good standing in a relevant professional organization will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience, 3 of which should be at a management level in HR;
- Proven intellectual leadership in managing people and operations.
- Superior Communication skills both written and oral
- Superior analytical, interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation and counseling skills
- Demonstrate competence in IT
