Job purpose
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Pricing Analyst will be responsible
for gathering, maintaining and analyzing price reference documentation for the
company’s products and to make recommendations that will facilitate optimal
pricing decisions to be made by business teams.
• Review and analyze the company's product pricing compared to published or
disclosed prices of competitors in the market place.
• Conduct key pricing analysis and assessments and make recommendations to the
sales and marketing leadership teams during product promotions, campaigns and
specific projects administration.
• To develop pricing options to meet competitive opportunities and provide
input for profitability projections and corporate pricing strategy
• Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, market opportunities, operating and
sales margins in order to develop reports, procedures and tools for pricing and
quoting.
• Financial analysis of customer offers to determine company ROI/GM.
Requirements
• Excellent analytical skills, supported by a strong attention to detail and
driven towards key insights
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills
• Understanding of P&L basics & Cost Modeling.
• Minimum 2 yrs experience in a financial modeling and analysis role
• A bachelor's degree in fields such as economics ,finance, accounting,
mathematics, science, actuarial science, engineering or statistics
