Our
client an upcoming Property Management Company is looking to recruit a Property Head of Sales person. The
successful candidate MUST have a
strong background in property sales and a proven sales track record with the
ability to build a winning sales team and structure.
Key Responsibilities;
·
Build
and lead an in-house sales team.
·
Conceive
and execute large-scale, performance-based sales strategy
·
Establish
and deliver sales targets, driving sales team.
·
Conceive
and execute innovative sales drives and shape products to appeal to the market.
·
Regularly
analyze competitor offerings and react to market competition and trends.
·
Manage
all elements of sales, including transactions.
·
Provide
effective and timely reporting on progress and make actionable recommendations.
·
Drive
sales across residential, commercial and industrial developments.
·
Maintain
database of prospects, properties and clients and appropriately match all of
them.
·
Maintain
ongoing interaction with marketing and research to build brand awareness.
·
Provide
innovative approaches to building client relationships and value outside of
market norms.
Requirements;
·
Bachelors
Degree in Marketing/Sales or related field.
·
6+ years of experience in sales management; real
estate background mandatory.
·
Exceptional
written and oral communication abilities.
·
Well-spoken,
articulate and a careful negotiator.
·
Assertive
and previous experience in managing sales transactions.
·
Strong
analytical skills.
·
Must be
able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on
multiple.
·
Adept
reporting skills; ability to coach and delegate effectively.
·
Must be
able to plan and execute work schedules.
