Financial Controller – Nanyuki, Kenya

A leading Horticulture Company that exports its products to Europe is seeking to recruit a Financial Controller to implement the finance polices of the Company and monitoring the budget. The successful candidate MUST have prior working experience in Horticultural and should be someone who enjoys routine work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising the CEO and BOD on the financial implications of business.
• Actively managing Company cash flow and on a daily basis.
• Developing a strategic proposal for asset management.
• Generates relevant projections and weekly forecasting and manages the capital needs.
• Ensuring that existing finance guidelines and related administrative procedures are adhered to.
• Participating in the operational review meetings.

Qualification:

• A degree in a relevant discipline.
• Must have a CPA K / ACCA with at least 8 years at senior financial position.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Must have an impeccable integrity and diligence.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully under pressure.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh.400,000 - 500,000/= (Approx. 4,000 - 5,000 USD)depending on experience
