Key responsibilities:
• Formulate, communicate and implement the group’s vision and mission.
• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the group’s strategic plans.
• Develop business models to secure long term business positioning to ensure the group’s success.
• Lead, guide and evaluate the work of other executive leaders.
• Build internal and external strategic partnerships while liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Optimise returns to shareholders through operational growth and effective capital management.
• Achieve operational results for all key metrics in line with the annual business budget and plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and a strong culture of corporate governance.
• Ensure adequate processes to identify, mitigate / manage and escalate current and emerging risks.
• Maintain awareness of the external and internal competitive landscape.
• Maintain awareness of opportunities for expansion, customers and new industry developments.
Qualifications:
• Must have a postgraduate degree in a business related field.
• Must have at least 10 years’ commercial property experience.
• Excellent understanding of the commercial property sector in Africa.
• Must have demonstrated record of revenue and profit growth and new business development experience.
• Must have experience at board level.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 665,000 - 810,000/= (Approx. 7,000 - 9,000 USD)depending on experience
