UNOPS Vacancy Announcement for Positions Based in Somalia - Open to Somali Nationals Only

1. Post title: Budget Associate
 Education and Work Experience

• Relevant years of experience in Finance, Accountant, Business Administration and management or any other relevant field: 7 years with the high School Diploma or 3 years with a Bachelor or Master degree

2. Post title: Procurement Associate

 Education and Work Experience

• Relevant years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and administrative support services or any other relevant field: 7 years with the high School Diploma or 3 years with a Bachelor or Master degree.
• CIPS Level 04 or equivalent certificate would be a great asset.
• Basic understanding of logistics and Inco terms 2010.

3. Post title: Admin / HR Associate
 Education and Work Experience

• Relevant years of experience in Administration, HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance and Economics or any other related field: 7 years with the high School Diploma or 3 years with a Bachelor or Master degree;

4. Post title: Asset Management Associate

Education and Work Experience

• Relevant years of experience in Asset Management working with UN, NGO humanitarian agency, policy and military or any other related field: 7 years with the high School Diploma or 3 years with a Bachelor or Master degree;
• Specialized certification in Asset Management and or in logistics field is desired;
• Experience in logistics area and experience in managing camps is desirable;
• Experience in Asset Management systems an advantage.

For all positions the below applies:Language: Fluent in English and Somali oral and written is required;

IT Skills: Excellent Computer Office software packages (MS Office 2010 and or newer versions) and strong organization skills;

Nationality: Position Open to Somalia national only (dual Nationality accepted)

Contract Level: LICA-7Duration: 6 months renewable
