PROGRAM OFFICER - KISUMU

Our client, a well-established company that Supplies Consumer Goods is seeking to recruit a Program Officer to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of company’s program in line with the organization’s strategic objective. The successful candidate MUST have a sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with head of operations in Kenya in reference to communication, logistics and implementation of program.
• Develop with head of operations in Kenya a reporting system to track the progress of implementation of the program.
• Report monthly to the country director as to schools / distribution sites visited and any observed concerns.
• Represent the company at various meetings and distributions of bicycles.
• Carries out any other duties, related to the job, assigned by management as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, social science, education or commerce.
• Must have 7 years working experience 3 in senior management level.
• Must have previous sales and marketing in FMCG sector is an added advantage.
• Local knowledge and experience dealing with public, NGO and private sector institutions.
• Valid driving license with driving experience of more than 2 years.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 100,000 - 120,000/= (Approx. 1,111 - 1,333 USD)depending on experience
