Our Client, a 5 star hotel in Kuwait is seeking to recruit Waiters and Waitresses

Requirements

• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
• Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining
• Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a valid Passport
• Must hold a certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage.
• Basic knowledge of Foods and Beverages
• Should have at least 1 year experience in the Hotel industry.
• Must be able to withstand long periods of time on their feet
• Professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations)
• Team player.
• Effective communication skills with guests and staff.
• Quick thinking.
• Ability to lift heavy trays filled with glassware/food.
• Basic math skills.
• Great attention to detail.
