Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and new business development covering countries like Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland and Lesotho, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
• Coordinate and monitor the local partner’s daily activities, as well as pre-sale support.
• Key accounts management.
• Engage with regional teams or partners when there is regional project with specific banks.
Qualifications:
• MBA degree preferred.
• Must have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience in sales and marketing in a senior level management position.
• Bank IT or ATM related experience is a prerequisite.
• Ability to travel.
• Must be able to lead cross culture teams.
• Must be entrepreneurial.
• Must have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in an independent environment.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.405,000 - 467,500/= (Approx. 4,500 - 5,500 USD)depending on experience
