Trócaire
works in partnership with local organizations to overcome poverty and promote
justice in developing countries. The Kenya country programme comprises four
thematic areas: Sustainable Livelihoods/ Resilience Programme (ARP); Governance and
Human Rights; Gender Based Violence and HIV and AIDs. This vacancy has
arisen in the Kenya programme to lead the administrative function in the office
in support of all Trocaire’s work in-country.
The
Role Purpose
- To provide administration leadership and operations support for the Kenya Country program in Office management, management and administration of Procurement, Logistics, Fleet, facilities, assets, Inventory, utilities and security management.
The
Person Specification
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Administration or related field and general computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience,
knowledge and skills
- A highly motivated and highly organized person with 5 years relevant experience, with excellent written, verbal and communication skills, organizational skills, committed to delivering quality work and a high level of reliability, objectivity, and honesty.
