ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – 25 POSITIONS (JOBS AND VACANCIES IN KENYA SEPTEMBER 2013)

International Talent Management Consulting’s client Located at the northern end of the Gulf, oil-rich Kuwait attracts a workforce drawn from around the globe and is seeking recruitment at their various branches several position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Great and assist any visitors in a professional, helpful and enthusiastic manner
  • Manage company directories
  • Manage data entry in databases
  • As the Administrative Assistant you will order supplies for the copy and break rooms as well as for individual departments and branches.  Proactively work with Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure best options are being ordered to maintain costs
  • Maintain break/supply rooms ensuring that they are neat, organized and stocked
  • Arrange maintenance for copy room equipment, break room appliances and any maintenance for the building.
  • Distribute mail and shipments
  • Generate reports, presentations and correspondence using MS Office applications
  • Coordinate Travel for our internal/external offices
