nationals for the following position:
Job Summary:
- The incumbent will provide strategic and technical direction to Concern’s governance and advocacy programmes in Marsabit County.
Job
Specification:
- A Degree in Social Sciences preferably in Law, Political Science or Public Administration
- At least 3 years’ experience in governance programing with a bias towards a Human Rights Based Approach to Development
- Proven competency in programme cycle management and application of advocacy strategies to promote positive development outcomes.
- Experience in drafting legal opinions and policy briefs is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of decentralized governance in general and specifically Kenya’s devolved structure
