About the organization
The GROUP is one of
the top insurance companies in the country and our fast growing business needs
unique freshmen and women like you to join our team in the position of
Management Trainee. The successful
candidates will go through a talent development program to transform them into
Business Development champions who will eventually take leadership positions
within the business.
This position will
suit candidates with the following qualities and qualifications:
- Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field, attained in 2012 or more recently.
- Have a passion for insurance and a profound interest in pursuing a successful career in this area for the long term.
- Be self-driven and have a knack for spotting and exploiting opportunities.
- Be especially adept at solving problems and achieving results through others.
- Have the ability to engender strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
- Results oriented and thrives in a highly competitive environment.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Superior computer skills, ability to work well with MS Word and MS Excel.
