Title: Office Administrator – Coast Region

Nine One One Group a leading integrated security solutions provider with a presence in all major cities in Kenya and other selected cities in the East African region .

We seek to recruit an Office Administrator – (Coast Region )
Overall Job Purpose
Reporting to the Branch Manager; the office administrator will provide full reception, secretarial and administrative support for all the services provided by the Company.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a seamless sales process to ensure a satisfied customer
  • Negotiate terms of an agreement and closing sales for walk in clients
  • Generate branch daily and monthly sales reports
  • Relationship management with existing client portfolio with a view to increase client retention
  • Administer front office roles to ensure smooth flow of operations
  • To provide secretarial and administrative support, including typing, minute taking, filing, data input, maintenance and management of information held by the Company
Key Requirement For This Position.
  • Diploma in Business Management
  • Proficiency in MS OFFICE
  • Experience – Minimum 1 year in Front Office Operations
  • Good communication and organization skills
