Title: Control Room Operators
We seek to recruit Control Room Operators.
Overall Job Purpose
Reporting to the Operations Officer, the incumbent will be required to efficiently and effectively provide administrative support, by solving internal and external customer concerns.
This will be through incoming telephone calls or otherwise reported cases and deployment of company resources following receipt of distress signals and other modes of communication.
Functions Of The Job
- Effectively monitor and attend to emergency calls
- Monitoring movement of company vehicles
- Timely taking of roll calls.
- Ensure proper hand over and takeover of duties in the field.
- Effective deployment of guards in liaison with supervisor to cover absences
- Record occurrences and disseminate information to the relevant users.
- Coordinate tracking of stolen vehicles.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- K.C.S.E Level Mean Grade C Minus and above.
- Certificate /Diploma in Security Management
Experience:
- Minimum 2 Years working experience in a security firm
- Minimum 1 year experience in a busy Control Room.
- Must be familiar with Radio communication
