Title: Head Chef
Corporate Kitchen is a locally registered company that provides catering (in-house and outside) services and event management (Tents, Décor and Sound) to various institutions in the country.
We are currently looking to fill the current position: Head Chef
We are looking to recruit a fully experienced Head Chef to work along with our other kitchen professionals.
This role requires someone with the ability to comprehensively manage all aspects of a kitchen.
Job Description:
- planning menus
- making sure food is of the right quality and price and is produced on time
- monitoring food production to ensure consistent quality and portion size
- managing stock
- ordering food from suppliers
- controlling a budget and keeping accurate records
- organizing the kitchen staff duty roster

Job Requirements:

- Desired Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Food Production or any relevant field.
- 5 years experience within an established institution.
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Medical Certificate of Good Health.
