Westkenyaproperties(dot)com is a real estate management company with the view of providing leading and professional to the real estate sector through providing of agency, consultation and management services. We are stationed in Kisumu but serve the entire Western region of Kenya.
Westkenyaproperties(dot)com is looking for Field Marketing Officer.
The Field Marketing Officer will be based in Kisumu and in Vihiga and the main role will be;
- Research and locate properties up for sales in the estates of Kisumu
- and Vihiga counties, especially those locally in urban centres.
- Establish communication with property owners
- Secure agreement with property owners for sale of their properties
- Establish linkages with partner institutions interested in real estateinvestment
- Promote properties on sales online and locally
- Develop marketing campaigns for the available properties
Location
The work station will be in Kisumu and Mbale with lot of field visits
Remuneration
The remuneration is PERFORMANCE BASED with a monthly pay starting of Ksh.20, 000 plus 3.5% commission.
Qualification;
- Diploma in sales and marketing or Business management or Business administration. Degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business administration or related field is a big plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and internet.
- Any marketing experience of at least 6 months is added advantage.
- Experience in real estate lead generation is A BIG PLUS!!
Additional Requirements
You must be ready to go to the fields morning hours and report in the office after lunch.
Must be creative, intelligent and quick thinker.
