Title: Production and Factory Supervisor
A leading company in manufacturing of non alcoholic beverages i.e. fruit juices and related products is looking for a Production and Factory Supervisor with experience in fruit juice and soft drinks formulations and controlling production.
Location: Kiambu, Kenya
Responsibilities
- Mixing and preparation of raw materials for fruit juice production
- Quality control supervision with lab knowledge
- Control of factory staff and allocation of duties on a daily basis
- Daily production planning
- Water treatment plant and production of bottled water & mineral water
- Supervision of maintenance of the complete plant & machinery
- Knowledge of utility equipment like boilers, compressors, generators
- Knowledge of fruit juice processing and filling equipment
- Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safety
- Understanding of cost control in relation to power & other production costs
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Plant sanitization and CIP
- KEBS/NEMA liaison
- New product development
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in fruit juice manufacturing at production head
- Bachelors degree in a food technologist or related field
Monthly gross salary: Depending on qualifications and experience
