A newly established travel firm is looking to employ an IATA
qualified Travel Assistant.
The person
- Should have experience in both ticketing and tours
- Should be computer literate.
- Should have good typing skills.
- Should have good phonetics.
- Should posses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to present him/her self professionally.
- Should possess excellent Customer Care skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible
for the following key result areas:
- Handle the making of quotations, itineraries both in and outbound.
- Timely respond to all email inquiries and ensure follow up to all requests thereafter.
- Make Hotel and travel reservations.
- Ensuring clients are well briefed on visa and health requirements.
- Ensuring Timely communication to clients in case of any changes in their schedules.
- Treating clients with passion since they are the business.
- Keep proper records in the system.
- Make and answer calls.
- Manage the front office.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IATA.
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position.
- Be computer Literate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Starting Salary will be 30,000 on a probation period of 3 months. All qualified candidates should send their applications including
