Title: Training Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead effective organization of training workshops
- Market training programs in various African regions, recruit participants and facilitators
- Network with human resource managers, talent managers, training coordinators and directors of organizations
- Lead the development of customized training programs and training partnership initiatives
- Manage online, email, and phone inquiries and registration from potential participants
- Manage payments, maintain proper records and liaise with requisite staff to develop promotional materials
- Facilitate the preparation of training proposals for organizations and funders
- Prepare training and meeting reports, and facilitate the preparation of board materials
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in the social sciences
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Excellent administration and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in French will be an advantage
