Title: Accountant (E-Travel Accounting System)

TalentRecruit Limited seeks an Accountant with good E-Travel Accounting System experience to work for one of our clients, a renowned tours and travel company in East Africa.

Key tasks and Responsibilities

• Process travel transactions by entering account information  in the E-Travel Accounting system
• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• In charge of all accounts procedures and operations
• Verify travel account billing

Qualification and Experience

• Must have at least CPA part II qualification
• Must have at least 3 years work experience as an accountant with working knowledge of E-Travel Accounting System
• Tour and Travel industry experience is an added advantage
• Must have good accounting skills
• An honest individual with a proven track record of integrity
