Key Responsibilities:
• Make sure daily targets are met and that any negative variances need to unwind before closing the month.
• Follow up on overdue accounts via phone calls and e-mails.
• Review all accounts on a weekly basis to advice if the same needs to be put on hold.
• Ensure that overdue accounts, with the exception of accounts under litigation, must not exceed 15 days from payment date.
• Maintain debtor days at 30 days.
• Uphold high standards of customer service.
• Ensure customer queries are resolved within 24 hours of receipt of query.
• Make ethical decisions, respect company policies and able to inspire co-workers to do the same.
• Show commitment and enthusiasm towards the organisation.
• Generate creative ideas and solutions to problems.
• Meet deadlines and respect company timing policies.
• Come up with constructive solutions when under pressure without losing control.
• Maintain a professional image and relationships that benefit the organisation.
Qualifications:
• Must have a CPA / ACCA with at least a degree in a relevant discipline.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in financial management.
• Very strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem solver and decision maker.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• High personal integrity and honesty.
• Must be Gujarati speaking.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 80,000 - 130,000/= (Approx. 888 - 1,444 USD)depending on experience
