A new Kisumu based Marketing/Technology Company is looking for qualified individuals for the following positions to based in KISUMU with immediate availability.

Office Administrator 

Key Tasks
Answering and receiving calls and clients
Presenting the company product or service in a structured professional
General office administration
Sending invoices and quotations to clients
Managing company technology assets (computers, machinery)
Company contact between clients and suppliers
Sending daily work logs/reports to the Management

Requirements:
Certificate course in Business Administration and Computer Packages
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Writing and Verbal)
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Creative and innovative person
