Office Administrator
Key Tasks
Answering and receiving calls and
clients
Presenting the company product or
service in a structured professional
General office administration
Sending invoices and quotations to
clients
Managing company technology assets
(computers, machinery)
Company contact between clients and
suppliers
Sending daily work logs/reports to
the Management
Requirements:
Certificate course in Business
Administration and Computer Packages
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills (Writing and Verbal)
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work under minimum
supervision
Creative and innovative person
