Title: ABRO Sales
Representative
General Summary: Achieve maximum sales profitability,
growth and account penetration within an assigned Territory / or market segment
by effectively selling ABRO products and other related company product.Core
Functions:
Promote / sell / secure
orders from existing and prospect customers.
Demonstrate products and
services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting products
that best suits their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with current customers and prospect Customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organizations’ Products and services.
- Monitoring and building sales performance through existing channels.
- Analyze customer’s needs and problems be up dated on market conditions and prices of competitive products
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospect customers.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service group.
- Analyze the territory/markets’ potential and determines the value of existing and prospect customers to the organization.
- Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Investment for the territory/segment.
- Supply management with oral and written reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Reporting:
- Report directly to the [Sales Manager/ Sales and Marketing].
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in the Auto car care product, Hardware Supplies and industrial manufacturing sector.
- Degree or High Diploma in sales & marketing with high self discipline in the field.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
- Should be results-orientated, able to work both independently and in a team.
- Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and a valid driving license.
