Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor financial, administrative and operational functions, including human resources management and legal matters.
• Cooperate with retail sales team and statements for the management.
• Perform the key account role for wholesale clients.
• Actively look for new potential import customers.
• Control the budget and take care of costs saving.
• Lead and control wholesale, administrative and accounting staff.
• Coordinate recruitment, employment and deployment process.
• Take care for brand registration issues, licenses and permissions, relation to authorities.
• Cooperate with outsource companies for legal and audit services.
• Organise effective transportation and warehouse operations.
• Prepare administrative reports and procedures.
• Manage bank loans and corporate finance issues.
• Manage premises finding and rental issues.
• Create, maintain and update reports, documents and agreements.
Qualification:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in business related field from a reputable institution.
• Must have at least 5 years of middle level management.
• Good understanding of the legal instruments governing the company's finance and accounting activities, public procurement, administrative, wholesale, import, export, legal issues and human resources.
• Ability to communicate correctly orally and in writing in English and Kiswahili.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have a valid driver licence.
• High level of self-motivation, precision and commitment to results.
• Must have good negotiation skills.
• Honest, hard worker, helpful and result orientated personality.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 130,000/= Plus benefits
