Business Development Executive

Our client, an IT Training company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate MUST have experience in ICT & Telecoms industry with proven track record of significantly exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the database.
• Identify marketing and product requirements.
• Provide follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and / or services provided.
• Ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
• Work as part of a team to achieve the sales departmental standards.
• Identify the resources required and opportunities to expand product usage.
• Devise plans and strategies for selling into the territory and existing account base to accelerate business volumes.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years experience in ICT and Telecoms industry.
• Previous experience in business training and consulting sectors.
• Must have a bachelors degree, diploma or equivalent education or experience.
• Proven ability in closing high volume business to business deals within sales.
• Excellent knowledge of business process software, preferably in the business training and consulting sectors.
• Ability to develop executive level relationships.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Good written and spoken English.
• French language knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Possess good analytical and observational skills.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 40,000 /= Plus commission
