Our client  a multinational leading fashion retail company with a turnover of $ 2.5 billion. The brand is a collection of fashion for women, men and children, with its own stores established in countries across Eastern Europe, Middle East, Russia, CIS countries. The company has around 400 stores in 71 cities and is still continuing to open new ones so that it is the most dynamic and most preferable brand in the world thanks to its quality standards and customer satisfaction.

The company is also growing in the international arena; it has around 120 stores in Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kosovo ,Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Ukraine in total.
A vacancy has arise in Kenya in the newly to be opened store.
The Role:    Store Managers

Job Description:

  • Ensures that the company standards are implemented and followed constantly in the store
  • Preparing the schedules of Store team efficiently
  • Maximizing store productivity and efficiency
  • Establishing excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Establishing and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards
  • Achievement of the given sales targets, productivity/m2 and bottom line profit objectives
  • Achievement of the agreed/given Internal Audit Performance
  • Controlling the shrinkage rates and all expenses and improving the conversion rates

Required Qualifications

Education & Language Skills
  • Minimum University Degree
  • Fluent English (written & verbal)
Professional Expertise
  • Preferably 5 years of retail experience in similar position
  • Good command of sales and negotiation skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Self-developer
  • Result oriented and have a positive attitude
  • Ability to solve problems, organize and plan
  • Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
N.B – those with international MALL / STORE experience will have an added advantage.
