Nature of Job: full time
Summary: Our client a busy organization seeks to recruit two internal trainers on full time basis for staff Training and Development; one for Customer Service training and the other for training in Sales.
Duties
- Responsible for the professional development of the staff
- Designs and implements programs to improve performance and efficiency
- Supports the training needs of the company to meets and/or exceeds overall key performance indicators including sales revenue, growth objectives, gross profit, etc.
- Implements training tactics to support the company’s growth strategies
- Demonstrates expertise in the area of training
- Develops and conducts internal and external training sessions for new staffs
- Assist with logistics for external and internal training
- Evaluates the staff and conducting TNA’s
- Develops relevant training materials for different departments
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related Business field
- 2-3 years Experience as a Trainer in the given field
- Ability to coach
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills
- Those who are Certified Trainers will have an added advantage
