Nature of Job: full time
 
Summary: Our client a busy organization seeks to recruit two internal trainers on full time basis for staff Training and Development; one for Customer Service training and the other for training in Sales.
 
Duties
  • Responsible for the professional development of the staff
  • Designs and implements programs to improve performance and efficiency
  • Supports the training needs of the company to  meets and/or exceeds overall key performance indicators including sales revenue, growth objectives, gross profit, etc.
  • Implements training tactics to support the company’s growth strategies
  • Demonstrates expertise in the area of training
  • Develops and conducts internal and external training sessions for new staffs
  • Assist with logistics for external and internal training
  • Evaluates the staff and conducting TNA’s
  • Develops relevant training materials for different departments
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related Business field
  • 2-3 years Experience as a Trainer in the given field
  • Ability to coach
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills
  • Those who are Certified Trainers will have an added advantage
