Sport Club Assistant Team Leader /Supervisor
Sports Club Hotel Job description
- Assist team leader to improve the service standards of the club.
- Training of the staffs and ensuring they keep within the club standards.
- Cost cutting measures implementations.
- In charge of reservation and bookings.
- Coordinate the company functions within the club.
- Ensure high standard services are maintained.
- Assist in stock taking in our bar and also the kitchen.
- Coordinate the staff during service hours.
- Offer guidance and counseling to the staff.
- Assist in ensuring overall upkeep of food and beverage outlet.
- Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout within the club.
Qualifications for the Hotel Job
- Diploma/degree in hospitality related discipline e.g hotel management
- At least 5 years experience in a supervisory role in a reputable hotel/members club
- Excellent leadership skills
- Pleasant personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Results oriented with attention to detail
