Friendly, helpful graduate intern needed for a Service Provider company in Karen, to undertake receptionist and administration duties. The successful candidate MUST have excellent command of written and spoken English, be computer literate and enjoy working with all types of people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering the designated telephone lines and any queries from walk-in clients.
• Administering all tests to candidates and ensuring they are introduced to the relevant consultant as required.
• Responsible for keeping all office supplies in stock and up to date.
• Responsible for contacting clients and candidates and selling them the relevant training courses, as directed by the Training Director.
• Maintaining general office cleanliness.
• Ad-hoc general website research projects, as directed by MD.
• Ensure that all candidates and clients (with appointed meetings or interviews) are offered coffee, tea or water on entering the office and are looked after.
• Updating the client database on a weekly basis.
Qualification:
• Must have a minimum of 1 – 2 years in customer care role.
• Must have worked in a multi cultured environment.
• Must have proven computer literacy ability.
• Ability to develop new business from clients and deal with candidate’s requirements.
• Ability and confidence to engage and influence individuals at all levels.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Monthly gross salary:Travel and expenses allowance
